When are Sharpley Civic Association member dues expected to be paid?

Dues are to be paid by June 30 each year in order to be current.

When are Sharpley Street Tree assessments expected to be paid?  

Street tree assessment payments are due as follows:

2022 payment - due December 1, 2022

2023 payment - due April 1, 2023

2024 payment - due April 1, 2024

2025 payment - due April 1, 2025

Who should I contact about a neighborhood issue?

Please reach out to your district representative.  They will field your question and raise it to the rest of the board in a timely manner.  Their contact information is on the About Us page.

How do I find my district?

There is a map in the Sharpley Handbook that will inform you to which district your house belongs.

What are the bylaws of your community?

Please see the Sharpley Handbook link on the Home page of this site for a copy of the bylaws as well as SCA policy and Deed Restrictions in the community.

Why are dues/assessment higher when paying online?

We added a handling/convenience fee to the regular dues/assessment amount to help defray the expenses related to technology and time invested to update the site and create the online payment method.
